SITE PROCEDURES
SITE PROCUREMENT
Sites will be allocated on a first come – first served basis.
Applications for Site Registration will close at 5.00 pm, Sunday October 15th, 2023. They need to be emailed to info@australianrallymuseum.com.au and must be accompanied by your payment identification (see below), which needs to be included on your Direct Debit payment.
If you need electricity, you will need to supply you own, however only “silent” generators will be allowed.

6 metre x 3 metre – $25.00
3 metre x 3 metre – $13.00

Your Payment Indentification to accompany your payment should be your Christian and Surname or your Business Name.
ENTRY TO VENUE FOR SITE HOLDERS
If you operate from your vehicle, you will be restricted to one vehicle per site, and that vehicle must fit within the site you have booked. If you do not operate from your vehicle but need to bring it onto the ground to unload, you must remove it to the free carpark by no later than 6.30 am. Sites can be setup from 2.00 pm Saturday, 11th November, but there will be no security provided by the organiser overnight.
WASTE MANAGEMENT
All site holders are responsible for their own rubbish and will need to take it with them at the end of the day.
SITE STAFFING
Site Holders with a 6 x 3 m site will be allocated 2 x free entry passes.
Site Holders with a 3 x 3 m site will be allocated 1 x free entry pass.
Any staffing over the designated numbers allocated per site will be charged General Admission of $5.00 per person, and this will be collected on the day.
